Leyla Washington is a 7th grader at OCS. She has four crazy siblings, two of which go to OCS as well. She participates in three sports (basketball, track, and soccer), so she always has her hands full. Her favorite foods are empanadas and rice, which are traditional and often made in her household by her mother and grandmother. Leyla's favorite subjects are math and social studies and it has been this way since kindergarten. You will often see and hear Leyla smiling and laughing up and down the halls, so make sure to give her a friendly "hello."
